Each gift box can be tailored with a selection of up to three items, encompassing our acclaimed biscochitos, signature black coffee, chocolate piñon coffee, and our seasonal biscochito coffee. Kindly indicate your coffee preference as either whole bean or ground; please note that the biscochito coffee is exclusively offered in ground form. Each gift box will also feature our signature biscochito dust and an official State cookie cutter.

Richard Perea, a Santa Fe native, is a highly accomplished culinary and jewelry designer, and a successful entrepreneur. He owns and operates the Santa Fe Biscochito Company, which has experienced significant growth since its inception four years ago, expanding from a home-based operation to an ice cream cart on the Historic Santa Fe Plaza and now a thriving brick-and-mortar store. This expansion has enabled the introduction of diverse offerings, including the signature "Biscoccino" and other gourmet coffee beverages, and artisanal ice cream featuring popular flavors such as biscochito and chingón piñon. The Santa Fe Biscochito Company produces award-winning, handcrafted, traditional New Mexican biscochitos, as well as offering the state's question—"red or green"—chile-dusted options. These traditional biscochitos, made with love and, yes, lard, are a perfect representation of our humble local tradition.
